This policy explains what data the iterway.com site handles: the contact form, the chat with Iter, and cookies. The Iterway and Beeper applications, and the iterway.com.ar site, have their own policy, at iterway.com.ar/privacidad (in Spanish).
1. Who is responsible
Iterway, located at Pasaje Bathurst 3364, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina, is responsible for the data handled on this site.

2. The contact form
When you ask to try the system or for a demo, you give us your name, your company, and your email, and optionally your phone number, country, type of logistics, what cargo you move, your fleet and number of units, the systems you use today, and a message. Along with that, we record the page you sent it from and its language.
We use this data only to set up your trial or arrange the demo, and to contact you. We don't use it for advertising and we don't sell it.
3. The chat with Iter
Iter is an AI sales assistant. To answer you, the messages you write are sent to Anthropic, the provider of the language model.
We keep the conversation and any details you give (for example, your name, your company, or how to reach you), along with the approximate country and city of your connection, so our team can follow up on your inquiry. Don't write passwords or sensitive data in the chat.
4. Cookies and analytics
This site uses its own cookies necessary for it to work, such as remembering your chosen language and your cookie decision.
With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used and improve it. Google Analytics may set third-party cookies in your browser. You can withdraw your consent at any time from the cookie notice, by reopening it at the bottom of this page.
We do not sell or share this data with third parties, other than Google in its role as our analytics provider.

5. Who we share it with
We work with these providers, which handle the data only to provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare: hosts the site and the chat, and protects them from attacks. Conversations with Iter are stored there.
- Anthropic: generates Iter's replies.
- Google: Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies, and an internal spreadsheet where we log conversations with Iter.
Some of these providers process data outside Argentina.
6. How long we keep it
Form data and conversations with Iter are kept for as long as they're useful to answer you and for our business relationship. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, update, or delete your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within the deadlines set by Argentina's Law 25,326 (ten calendar days for access; five business days for correction, update, or deletion). If you are in another country, you can also exercise the rights your local law gives you.
The AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA (Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules. (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip)

If this policy changes, we publish the new version on this same page, with its date.
